VitaGuide is a free, non-commercial project. We don't sell products or services, and we currently earn no commissions, advertising or sponsorship income from it.

Nothing is paid for. Your recommendations are worked out from the evidence and from what you've told us about your medications. If the honest answer is that you don't need a supplement, that's what you'll be told.

If we ever add product links that earn us money, such as affiliate links, we'll mark them clearly and update this page before they go live. You'll never be obliged to use them.
